Account Coordinator - Sparks Custom Retail @ Sparks

Description

The role of the Account Coordinator (Sparks Custom Retail) is to provide superior customer service to a national retail chain while upholding corporate goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Written and verbal communication with customers.
  • Respond to email / telephone inquiries from external / internal customers within 24 hours.
  • Interaction with customers including booking sales orders, researching / resolving problems, product knowledge and overseeing projects as needed.
  • Process return requests within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Research chargebacks with resolution within 10 business days.
  • Manage all aspects of sales orders – processing into Solomon System within 24 hours of receipt.  Establish tracking of sales orders to ensure complete, timely shipping. 
  • Coordinate shipping of product, resolve freight discrepancies, process freight invoices.
  • Manage, maintain and update customer information, inventory and invoicing within Solomon and SparksLink Systems if applicable.   Provide reports as needed.
  • Work with IT department to develop automated processes with the Solomon software and the Sparks Link System if applicable.
  • Support Account Executive Team and Product Placement Managers as needed.
  • Filing of documentation and other clerical duties as needed.
  • Meet with clients as needed.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent professional communication skills including written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to research and resolve client inquiries, complaints.
  • Strong administrative and superior organizational skills.
  • Excellent PC Skills to include MS Office / Word / Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • 2 – 5 years experience as a customer service representative or project leader in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent professional communication skills including written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to research and resolve client inquiries, complaints.
  • Strong administrative and superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language.
  • Create clear concise correspondence, develop detailed reports, spreadsheets.
  • Mathematical skills to include adding, subtraction, multiplication, division in addition the ability to compute ratios / percentages.
